The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from highly qualified professionals and experts for the position of Secretary, Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), on a contract basis. The ETPB is a statutory body managing and disposing of evacuee trust properties attached to charitable, religious, or educational trusts and institutions across the country. Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must be Pakistani citizens aged between 40 and 60 years on the closing date. Candidates must possess unimpeachable reputation, financial integrity, judicious devotion, and moral propriety. Individuals declared loan defaulters, undischarged insolvents, or convicted of offenses involving moral turpitude by a court of law are ineligible.

2. Pay & Allowances: The Secretary will be entitled to pay, allowances, privileges, and terms of service admissible to BPS-19 government servants on contract. Additionally, a special ETPB allowance of up to 1.5 times the basic pay may be admissible subject to ToRs set by the ETP Board.

3. Tenure of Appointment: Appointment is on a contract basis for an initial term of three years, extendable by up to two years based on performance evaluation recommendations. Appointment automatically ceases upon term completion or reaching 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.

4. Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates meeting all laid-down criteria will be called for an interview by the Performance Evaluation and Selection Committee. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.

5. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those missing essential documents will be rejected outright.
