• ( Deputy GM BCS): Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Town Planning, or a relevant field with 10-15 years of relevant experience in building control and real estate development.

• ( Manager BCS): B.Sc Civil Engineering with 07-10 years of relevant experience in building control, real estate development, and construction management.

• ( Assistant Manager BCS): DAE Civil (03 Years) with 5 years of relevant experience in building control, construction supervision, or architectural scrutiny.

• ( Assistant Manager Estate): Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in estate management, property management, or real estate operations.

• ( Assistant Manager Transfer): Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in estate management, property management, or real estate operations.
