Terms & Conditions

• Tenure & Nature of Appointment: The position will be filled on a contract basis for an initial period of three (3) years, including a six (06) month probation period. The contract is extendable by the Board subject to satisfactory performance based on KPI achievements.

• Regularization Status: The contract service shall neither be regularized nor pensionable at any stage in the future under Government Rules.

• Remuneration: Market-based competitive salary package offered on a lump-sum basis.

• Age Limit: Maximum age should not be more than 57 years as on the closing date.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently serving in Govt. / Semi-Govt. / Autonomous Public Organizations must apply through proper channels with an NOC from their parent department on official letterhead. If selected, they must resign or seek early retirement from their parent organization prior to joining.

• Document Verification: Candidates must produce all original documents at the time of the interview. FESCO reserves the right to request further documentation or verification as needed.

• Selection Rights & TA/DA: FESCO reserves the right to withhold or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview/selection process, and no TA/DA will be admissible.
