Terms & Conditions

• Employment Nature: Contract basis, annually renewable based on performance, with the potential to continue for an unlimited period given good performance.

• Age & Health Limit: Candidates must be medically fit and not more than 50 years of age.

• Skills: Applicants should be well-acquainted with strong communication, administrative, and management skills.

• Ineligibility: Candidates prematurely removed/dismissed from any post in a government or non-government institution, or those removed from any Fazaia institution on disciplinary/allegation grounds, are ineligible to apply.

• Candidates with any history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offences are ineligible. Applicants must produce an NOC from their previous institution in this regard.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.

• Concealment of any fact or information may lead to strict disciplinary action, even after selection.
