Eligibility and Academic Qualifications
Candidates applying for these roles must possess a strong academic background, including an MA, MSc, MS, BA, BSc, or BS degree in the relevant subject. Additionally, a professional teaching degree such as a B.Ed or M.Ed is required. While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, those with specific experience teaching under the Federal Board will be given preference.
Ineligibility Criteria
To maintain high standards of conduct, certain restrictions apply. Individuals who have been prematurely removed or dismissed from any government or non-government institute are ineligible. This also applies to anyone previously removed from a Fazaia institution due to disciplinary issues or allegations. Furthermore, candidates with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offenses will not be considered. Applicants currently employed must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous institution.
Pay, Perks, and Employment Terms
Selected candidates will be offered a revised high-pay package commensurate with their qualifications. On a merit basis, affordable accommodation within the tranquil environment of the Base premises may be available for selected teaching faculty. Please note that employment is on a contract basis, which is renewable annually based on performance. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews, and no TA/DA will be provided for the selection process.
