General Eligibility & Qualification Details

To be eligible for these roles, candidates must meet the following academic and professional criteria:

• Educational Requirements: * For Lecturers: BS (04 Years), MA, MSc, or MS in relevant subjects (Maths, Physics, Pak Studies) with at least a 2nd Division.

  • For School Teachers: BS (04 Years), MSc, or MA in relevant subjects (Computer Science, Islamiyat, Pak Studies) along with B.Ed or M.Ed.

  • For Mentoring Officer: MSc, MS, or BS (04 Years) in Psychology with a Counseling subject and an internship in Clinical Developmental Psychology.

• Pay Scales: Positions are categorized under Fazaia Pay Scale-11 and Fazaia Pay Scale-12.

• Ineligibility Criteria: * Candidates previously dismissed from any government or private institution are ineligible.

  • Individuals removed from any Fazaia institution due to disciplinary issues or allegations will not be considered.

  • Candidates with a history of criminal offenses or financial embezzlement are disqualified.
