Terms & Conditions

• Employment Type: Contract employment, annually renewable based on performance, with potential for unlimited extension based on good performance.

• Pay & Perks: Selected candidates will be offered an attractive pay package. Upon successful completion of the probation period, individuals will have the opportunity to join either a Provident Fund or Gratuity scheme as opted.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.

  • Individuals removed from any Fazaia institution due to allegations, discipline issues, or those who resigned (other than posting cases) will not be considered for re-appointment.

  • Candidates with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offences. Applicants must produce an NOC from their previous institution in this regard.

• Disciplinary Action: Concealment of any fact or information may lead to strict disciplinary action, even after selection.
