• Employment Nature: Employment is on a contract basis, annually renewable based on performance, and may continue indefinitely subject to good performance.

• Ineligibility: Candidates removed or dismissed prematurely from any government or non-government institution, or those removed from any Fazaia Institution due to allegations or disciplinary issues, are ineligible. Individuals with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offences will not be considered. Applicants must produce an NOC from their previous institution in this regard.

• General Conditions: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview. Concealment of any fact or information will result in strict disciplinary action, even after selection.
