The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), through the Large Taxpayers Office (LTO) Lahore, has announced a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the hiring of professional Legal Advisors. This opportunity is designed for individual consultants duly registered with the Income Tax Department to provide expert legal advisory services to the LTO.

Assignment Details

The selected Legal Advisor will be hired as an Individual Consultant for a one-year tenure. The contract period is scheduled to run from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027.

Submission Guidelines and Deadlines

Applicants must ensure their proposals meet the following procedural requirements:

• How to Apply: Tenders/RFPs must be submitted both through the EPADS portal and via a sealed confidential envelope delivered to the LTO office address.

• Submission Deadline: All proposals must reach the office by April 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM.

• Opening of Bids: Submitted bids will be opened on the same day (April 27, 2026) at 3:30 PM in the Conference Hall of the LTO, Lahore, in the presence of authorized representatives.

• Bid Requirements: The quoted RFP price must be inclusive of all taxes.
