General Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

  • Master's Degree (minimum sixteen years of education) in Social Sciences, International Development, Economics, Development Studies, Sociology, Social Work, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution

• Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification professional experience

  • At least 05 years of experience in social management/development, including stakeholder mapping, mobilization, engagement, monitoring, reporting, policy, and advocacy work

• Technical & Language Skills:

  • Demonstrated computer user skills (MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online communication applications)

  • Written and oral fluency in English is required; proficiency in Urdu shall be accorded due weightage

  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment, work independently, and undertake field assignments

• Selection Process: Selection will be conducted in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations.
