General Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for these positions, applicants must adhere to the following guidelines and requirements:

• Application Process: Candidates must apply online via the National Job Portal (njp.gov.pk) within 15 days of the publication of the advertisement.

• Age Limit: The age bracket for these positions is 18–25 years. A five-year general relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable, bringing the effective maximum age to 30 years.

• Educational Requirements:

  • Senior Technician: FSc with a diploma in the relevant field.

  • Junior Technician: Matric with Science and a certificate in the relevant field.

  • Ward Boy: Primary pass.

• Experience: Relevant post-qualification experience is required for the Senior Technician position.

• Documentation: Original documents must be produced at the time of the test or interview.

• Government Employees: Candidates currently employed in government service must apply through the proper channel and submit a Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

• Testing Agency: The recruitment and screening process is managed by the Candidates Testing Service (CTS). Applicants can download roll number slips, view merit lists, and check results at www.cts.org.pk.

• The Ministry reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of posts at any stage of the recruitment process.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in tests or interviews.
