General Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following baseline academic and professional standards:

For Teaching Positions

• Academic & Research Standards: Minimum qualification, experience, and research publication requirements must strictly align with the policies prescribed by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan and relevant accreditation councils where applicable.

For Non-Teaching Positions (Finance, HR, IT, General)

• Qualification: Candidates must possess a relevant Master's or MPhil degree.

• Certifications: Professional certifications relevant to the specific field are highly preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in the respective field is required.

For Director Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC)

• Qualification & Experience: A PhD degree paired with 12 to 15 years of extensive experience in the higher education sector at a senior or professorial level.

• Core Competencies: Proven expertise in the improvement of teaching, learning, and research quality, alongside hands-on implementation of the HEC Quality Assurance Framework, coordination, and reporting.
