Terms & Conditions

Prospective candidates must read and satisfy the following institutional rules and selection guidelines:

• Provisional Permission: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on their credentials. However, a detailed scrutiny will follow, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.

• NADRA Verification: All applicants must create a profile on ETEA's website. Before applying or depositing the test fee, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA portal and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk. Without this verification, you will not be able to apply.

• Government Servants: Candidates currently serving in government or semi-government bodies must apply through the proper channel. Those dismissed or removed from government service on grounds of misconduct or corruption are strictly ineligible.

• Mandatory Training & Bond: Successful candidates are required to undergo a one-year training course at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Abbottabad. Selected guards must also furnish a surety bond of Rs. 300,000/- on stamp paper, undertaking to serve in the Kurram Forest Division for at least five years.

• Quota Distribution: Recruitment follows a strict quota breakdown: 70% Open Merit (divided across Upper, Lower, and Central Kurram Tehsils), 30% Sub-Division/Range quota, and a 5% Minority quota.

• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing government rules.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview rounds.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates meeting the criteria can complete their application process online by following these steps:

1. Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk to apply online. The online form will be available starting 23rd July, 2026.

2. Upon successful submission, a prescribed online deposit slip featuring a token number, project code, and your personal details will be generated.

3. Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa app or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Retain the original stamped deposit slip (candidate copy) safely for your records.

5. Do not mail physical documents or testimonials to the ETEA office after submitting the online form. Copies of credentials will only be collected from candidates who clear the screening test.

Note: Candidates will be notified via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from the website. Test dates, times, and venues will be explicitly printed on the slip. Ensure your mobile number is not ported or converted to another network. No physical letters will be sent via post.
