The Forest Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), has announced job opportunities for eligible local candidates having domicile of District Buner. Applications are invited for the position of Forest Guard (BPS-08) under the Buner Watershed Division, Swari. The recruitment process will be conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) to ensure transparency and merit-based selection.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility & Selection: All appointments will be made in accordance with the prevailing recruitment rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Physical & Screening Tests: Candidates will undergo physical measurement tests via ETEA. Those who qualify the physical test will be eligible to sit for the ETEA Screening Test.

• Disqualification: If any candidate is found ineligible during verification by competent authorities, their candidature will be cancelled immediately.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

• Notifications: Candidates will be notified regarding test/interview schedules via SMS; therefore, mobile numbers must not be ported to another network.

• Incomplete/Late Applications: Applications received after the closing date or with incomplete information will not be accepted.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation will be granted per government policy.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in government/semi-government departments must apply through the proper channel with an NOC.

• No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for attending tests or interviews.

• Mandatory Training: Selected candidates must complete mandatory forestry training at the Forest School, Abbottabad. Candidates leaving service before three years must refund all training expenses.

• Document Verification: Educational degrees and certificates will be verified by relevant boards/universities. Fake or forged documents will result in legal action and disqualification.

• Additional Certificates: Successful candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate and a Police Clearance Certificate within one week of selection.

How to Apply

1. Online Registration: Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to complete the online application form.

2. CNIC Verification: Before creating a profile, candidates must verify their original CNIC at any NADRA e-Sahulat franchise (kiosk).

3. Deposit Fee: Print the deposit slip generated from the ETEA portal and pay the test fee at any UBL Bank branch, EasyPaisa agent, or via the EasyPaisa app.

4. Keep Records: Retain the original deposit slip and roll number slip. Do not send physical documents/copies to the ETEA office.

5. Roll Number Slips: Roll number slips will be downloaded directly from the ETEA website. Candidates will also receive SMS alerts.
