Terms & Conditions

Candidates must meet all the administrative and physical requirements before processing their profile:

• Domicile Restriction: Only permanent residents of the Malakand Civil Division (excluding District Bajaur) are eligible to apply.

• Biometric CNIC Verification: Before submitting an application, all candidates must register an ETEA profile, print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA portal, and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk. Applications without this verification cannot be completed.

• Appointment Type: All appointments will be carried out on a regular basis under the current civil servant recruitment rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Physical Standards (For Forest Guard):

  • Minimum Height: 5 feet and 6 inches.

  • Chest Measurement: 32" x 34" inches.

  • Physical Test: Candidates must successfully complete a 3-kilometer run in 15 minutes. Applicants must also be free from any form of physical disability.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age limits will be relaxed in accordance with prevailing government policies and existing legal provisions.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel (NOC required). Experience certificates from government or semi-government projects must be countersigned by the head of the respective organization.

• Test/Interview Alerts: Interview and test updates will be sent to shortlisted candidates via SMS alerts. Candidates must ensure their mobile numbers are active and not converted to a different network during the entire recruitment cycle.

• TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance (DA/TA) will be admissible for screening tests or interviews.

How to Apply

To submit an application through the official ETEA channel, follow these sequential steps:

1. Online Profile Creation: Visit the official portal of ETEA at www.etea.edu.pk and set up your candidate profile.

2. Form Submission: Fill out the online application for your selected post. Upon submission, a customized Fee Deposit Slip containing your unique token number, project code, and personal info will be generated.

3. Fee Payment: Print out the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable testing fee at any branch of UBL Bank, or digitally via the EasyPaisa App or a UBL Omni agent.

4. Keep Your Receipt: Retain the bank-stamped original candidate copy of the deposit slip for your records. Do not mail physical documents or slips to the ETEA office unless explicitly requested.

5. Separate Applications: If you intend to apply for both the Forest Guard and Patwari posts, you must submit a separate online application form and a separate fee package for each vacancy.
