Terms & Conditions

Prospective applicants must strictly read and adhere to the following rules and instructions:

• Provisional Eligibility: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny will follow, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified by the appointing authority.

• ETEA Test Role: The ETEA test score is only considered for initial shortlisting. The final selection will be done purely according to government rules and policy.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in government or semi-government bodies must apply through the proper channel. All government servants must provide a departmental permission certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

• Mandatory Training: The selected candidates must undergo mandatory training as per rules at the Forest Thai School Abbottabad.

• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing government rules.

• Verification: If any document, degree, or information provided is found fake, false, or inaccurate at any stage, the application/appointment will be cancelled, and legal action will be initiated.

• Foreign Qualifications: In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates issued by the HEC must be provided.

• Waiting List: The official waiting list will remain valid for exactly three months after the completion of the recruitment process.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.

• Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel/reject any application without assigning a reason.

How to Apply

Interested candidates meeting the criteria can complete their application process online by following these steps:

1. Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk to apply online. The online application form becomes available on 23rd July, 2026.

2. After successful online form submission, a prescribed online deposit slip containing a token number, project code, and candidate's personal information will be generated.

3. Print the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the Easypaisa app or at any branch of UBL Bank via a UBL OMNI agent.

4. Keep the original stamped deposit slip (candidate copy) safely with you and do not share it with anyone.

5. Do not send physical documents or testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. Copies of documents will only be requested from candidates who successfully qualify the screening test.

Note: Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from the portal. Test dates, times, and venues will be explicitly mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. Ensure you do not provide ported or converted mobile phone numbers. No separate physical call letters will be issued via post or courier.
