Terms & Conditions

• Nature of Appointment: The advertised positions are on a temporary basis with fixed remuneration.

• Contract Duration: The maximum initial contract period is 6 months, or as decided by the university management.

• Eligibility Standards: Candidates must possess a minimum qualification of Matriculation alongside at least 5 years of physical coaching experience in the respective game.

• Interview & Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

• Allowances: No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing in the interview process.

• Application Integrity: Incomplete applications or submissions received after the official due date will not be considered.

• Management Rights: The University shall consider all applications for each position and reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

2. Processing Fee Payment: Deposit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 500/-. The payment can be submitted through one of the following methods:

   • In-Person via Challan: At the HBL, GCU Branch, Lahore.

   • Online Deposit: Direct transfer into HBL A/C No. 2398-70001616-03.

   • Instruments: Via Bank Draft, Demand Draft, or Postal Order issued in favor of the "Vice Chancellor GCU Lahore".

3. Compile Application Package: Attach the original paid bank challan, receipt, or draft alongside your duly filled application form. Include attested copies of all testimonials, experience certificate(s), CNIC, and your updated CV.
