Eligibility Criteria

Before applying, ensure you meet the following baseline requirements set by the National Bank of Pakistan:

• Education / Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan with at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA of 2.5.

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (as of the last date of submission of application).

• Experience: Candidates having 01 year of relevant banking experience will be preferred. However, fresh graduates are also highly encouraged to apply.

• Skills & Competencies: Good communication/interpersonal skills, effective teamwork, excellent customer service orientation, and functional knowledge of MS Office applications.

Terms & Conditions

• Contractual Employment: The employment will be on a contractual basis for a period of 03 years, which may be renewed at the sole discretion of the Bank's Management.

• Posting Restraint: In case of selection, candidates will be required to serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum period of three years. No requests for transfer will be entertained during this period.

• Merit-Based Selection: Candidates will be evaluated strictly based on the defined eligibility criteria. Shortlisted individuals will undergo a mandatory assessment test and subsequent panel interviews.

• Rejection Policy: Information or applications received after the due date, or found to be incomplete/false in nature, will result in immediate rejection.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the assessment test or interview stages.

• Bank Rights: NBP reserves the right to reject or accept any applicant's suitability to meet the vacant positions.
