Pakistan Army General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi has announced recruitment for various civilian staff posts in HQ AG Branch. Qualified, energetic, and dedicated Pakistani citizens from all provinces (including Merit, Punjab, Sindh Urban/Rural, KPK, Balochistan, Ex-FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir) are invited to apply. Terms & Conditions

• Duty Location: Selected candidates will be posted at Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

• Age Limit & Relaxation: Age is calculated from the closing date of the advertisement. Upper age relaxation will be granted per government regulations to candidates belonging to Disabled, Sindh (Rural), Balochistan, FATA, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan quotas.

• Armed Forces Personnel: Retired armed forces personnel will be given up to 15 years age relaxation or equal to their actual service duration (maximum age limit up to 45 years).

• NOC: Candidates already serving in Government departments must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test/interview.

• NITB Training Course: Selected candidates for Assistant, UDC, and LDC posts must pass the required basic IT/MS Office training course conducted by NITB prior to completion of their probation period.

• Quotas: Disabled, regional, and minority quotas will be observed per rules. Candidates applying under disabled quotas must produce a disability certificate issued by NADRA/social welfare department at the time of interview.

• No hard copies/printouts of application forms or documents are required to be sent by post.

• Test/Interview schedules will be communicated via SMS/Call letters uploaded to the official website.

• Provision of fake/false information (CNIC, qualification, experience, domicile) will lead to disqualification at any stage of recruitment.

• No TA/DA will be paid for attending tests or interviews.
