General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi has announced recruitment for various local civilian posts in Pay Scales BPS-01 to BPS-05. Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Eligibility: Only candidates possessing local domicile of Rawalpindi District or Islamabad Capital Territory are eligible to apply.

• Age Limit: General age limit is 18 to 30 years for most posts (18 to 35 years for Fireman).

• Specific Eligibility Criteria:

  • Dark Room Assistant (BPS-05): Matriculate with knowledge of relevant chemicals and ability to supervise photo processing/completion.

  • Security Guard (BPS-05): Matric or ex-Pak Army service (10–15 years service), minimum height 5 ft 7 in.

  • Duplicating Machine Operator (BPS-04): Primary pass with basic knowledge of operating duplicating machines.

  • Attendant (BPS-02): Middle pass with museum work experience.

  • Fireman (BPS-02): Middle pass with firefighting training and experience.

  • BPS-01 Posts: Primary pass.

• One Post Policy: An applicant can apply for only one post.

• Government Servants: Candidates currently employed in government departments must apply through the proper channel and produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of test/interview.

• Applicants must hold Pakistani citizenship.

• Applicants must provide a complete mailing address along with two active mobile contact numbers (personal and an alternative family member contact).

• Schedule for tests and interviews will be communicated to eligible candidates via SMS and the official website.
