Available Teaching Positions

GCU Lahore is currently accepting applications for the following roles across multiple disciplines:

1. Visiting Faculty

• Eligible Subjects: Arabic, Islamic Studies, Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physical Education, Civics, Persian, Computer Science, Philosophy, Commerce, Physics, Economics, Psychology, English, Punjabi, Geography, Statistics, History, and Urdu.

• Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should hold a BA / BSc (Hons), MA / MSc, or MPhil. Preference will be given to those with prior teaching experience in Government Colleges or HEC-recognized institutions.

2. Senior Visiting Faculty

• Eligible Subjects: All subjects listed above.

• Eligibility Criteria: * MA / MSc / MPhil with at least 30 years of teaching experience.

  • OR a PhD with at least 5 years of teaching experience.

Application Guidelines & Requirements

Interested candidates must follow these specific steps to ensure their application is considered:

• Application Form: Download the official form from the GCU website at https://gcu.edu.pk/jobs.php. Please ensure it is printed on legal size pages.

• Processing Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- is required.

• Payment Method: * Submit via HBL GCU Branch through a challan form.

  • OR Online to HBL A/C No. 2398-70001616-03.

  • OR via Bank Draft/Demand Draft/Postal Order in favor of "Vice Chancellor GCU Lahore."

• Submission Process: Send your duly filled application form along with attested copies of all testimonials, experience certificates, CNIC, and CV.

• Mailing Address: Applications must be submitted by post to the Registrar’s Office, Government College University Lahore, Katchery Road.

• Deadline: The last date to apply is May 18, 2026.
