Government Health Department Jobs 2026 Apply Online for 110+ EPI Vaccinator via ETEA

The Office of the District Health Officer (DHO) Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has issued a job advertisement inviting online applications from suitable candidates for multiple vacant posts of EPI Vaccinators on a fixed-pay contract basis. Eligible male and female candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who meet the educational and technical requirements are encouraged to submit their applications online through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) portal.

Terms & Conditions

1. ETEA Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.

2. NADRA E-Sahulat Verification: All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying or depositing the fee, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk. Applications cannot be submitted without this verification.

3. Screening for Relevance: Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of eligibility criteria.

4. Interview Call Letters: Interview call letters will be issued strictly to shortlisted candidates.

5. Eligibility Deadline: Candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria on or before the closing date for receipt of applications.

6. Incomplete or Late Applications: Applications received after the due date, incomplete applications, or those submitted with fake documents/information will be rejected at any stage.

7. Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be admissible in accordance with existing government rules.

8. Government Employees: Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through proper channels.

9. Vacancy Adjustment: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason.

10. Quotas: Reserved quotas include 10% for Female Candidates, 2% for Disable Candidates, and 0.5% for Minority Candidates.

11. Pay & Nature of Employment: Recruitment of EPI Vaccinators will be purely on fixed pay for one year at Rs. 40,000/- per head per month.

12. Recruitment Rules: The hiring process will be carried out strictly in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Initial Recruitment Rules, 2026.

13. No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.

14. Foreign Degrees: In the case of foreign qualifications, an equivalence certificate from HEC must be provided.

15. Rectification: Errors and omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to apply for the post online.

2. After successful submission of the online application, print the generated deposit slip containing the token number, project code, and candidate information.

3. Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee using the Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep the original candidate-copy deposit slip stamped by the bank/agent safely; do not share it with anyone.

5. Do not send physical documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Qualified candidates will submit document copies when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny.

6. Roll Number Slips will be made available for download on www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates will be notified via SMS (do not provide ported/converted mobile numbers).

7. Test date, time, and venue details will be explicitly mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. No separate call letters will be dispatched via postal mail.
