General Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualifications:

  • Director Finance & Accounts: MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACMA, ACCA, CA (Part Qualified) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Engineering & Specialist Posts: B.E / B.Sc in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from PEC/HEC-recognized universities; MBA, Master’s in Economics/Statistics/Project Management or equivalent for Procurement/M&E roles.

  • Admin & Accounts Officers: BBA, MBA (HR/Admin), B.Com, M.Com, ACCA or equivalent.

  • Office Assistant: Bachelor’s degree (14 Years) with proficiency in MS Office.

  • Drivers & Support Staff: Middle pass with valid LTV/HTV driving license for Drivers; Primary/Middle pass for Naib Qasid.

• Experience Requirements: Experience ranges from 2–3 years for support/clerical staff, 5–8 years for officers and engineers, and 10+ years for senior directorial roles.

• In-Service Candidates: Government or Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channels with a departmental NOC.

• Permanent Government Job Status: These appointments are purely project-based and do not confer any right to permanent government employment.
