Terms & Conditions

• STS Screening Test: Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test (Graduation Category) conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks and hold a valid STS test result certificate.

• Age Limit & Relaxation: Candidate age will be calculated from the closing date of application submission in accordance with Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. A general upper age relaxation of up to 05 years is applicable per government notifications.

• Quota Allocation: Quotas reserved for initial appointments will strictly follow the Laws, Rules, and Policies of the Government of Sindh.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently serving in Government Departments must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department before applying and present the original NOC to the Departmental Selection Committee during the interview.

• Appointment Rules: Recruitment will be governed by the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 (as amended from time to time).

• Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents according to the schedule published on the Job Portal.

• TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) will be admissible for the interview.
