Terms & Conditions

Please read the following instructions carefully before applying:

• Screening Test: Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of the Graduation Category with at least 40% marks, conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS), and possess the required certificate.

• Age Limit: The age of the applicant will be calculated from the closing date of submission. A general upper age relaxation of 5 years is applicable as per the Sindh Civil Servants Rules, 2024, and the notification dated 06.03.2025.

• Quota: The share of the quota reserved for initial appointments will strictly adhere to the Laws/Rules/Policies of the Government of Sindh.

• Government Employees: Applicants already in Government Service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent departments and present the original copy during the interview.

• Policy Compliance: Appointments will be made as per the Policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023, under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973.

• Interview Process: Candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with all original documents. The interview schedule will be uploaded on the Job Portal.

• TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance or Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) will be admissible for the interview.
