Terms & Conditions

• STS Screening Test: Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of the Graduation Category with at least 40% marks, conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS), and possess the official STS certificate.

• Age Calculation & Relaxation: The age of the applicant will be calculated from the closing date of application submission under Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. An upper age relaxation of up to 05 years is applicable as per government notifications.

• Quota Share: Reserved quotas for initial appointments will strictly follow the Laws, Rules, and Policies of the Government of Sindh.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently serving in Government Departments must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department prior to application submission and bring the original NOC at the time of the interview.

• Appointment Rules: Appointments will be made in accordance with the Policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973.

• Interview & Verification: Shortlisted candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with their original documents as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.

• TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) will be admissible for attending the interview.

• Re-application Note: Candidates who previously applied under Advertisement No. INF-KRY/1750/2026 and INF-KRY/1751/2026 dated 07-05-2026 may need to apply again on the Sindh Job Portal.
