General Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for these roles, candidates must adhere to the following general criteria as outlined in the official advertisement:

• Educational Level: Qualifications range from Primary, Matric (Science/General), and Intermediate to Graduation from HEC-recognized universities.

• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 30 years of age.

• Age Relaxation: Special age relaxation is provided for candidates from Sindh (Rural), Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Tribal areas (3 years). Disabled persons receive a 10-year relaxation, and retired military personnel are eligible up to the age of 45.

• Technical Skills: Depending on the post, skills such as a typing speed of 30 WPM, computer literacy (MS Office), and relevant trade experience (Carpentry, Painting, Fitting, or Cooking) are required.

• Mandatory Training: For administrative roles like Assistant and LDC, passing the NITB computer training course during the probation period is mandatory.

• Quotas: Recruitment will follow government-mandated quotas for women, disabled persons, and minorities.
