The Government Sadiq College Women University (GSCWU) Bahawalpur has issued an official recruitment notice for administrative positions on a contract basis. • Treasurer (BS-20)

  • Number of Seats: 01

  • Age Limit: 40–50 years (Age calculated as on the closing date of advertisement).

  • Employment Nature: Contract basis.

  • Qualification & Experience Options:

    • Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institute/university, with at least 08 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. OR

    • MS or M.Phil. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university, with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. OR

    • MBA in Finance, M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, or M.Sc. (2nd division) in Economics or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university, with at least 12 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

  • Special Experience Condition: As per HED Punjab clarification letter dated 28.03.2022, only post-qualification experience acquired in BS-17 and above shall be considered for calculating the prescribed experience requirement.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility Scope: Open exclusively to Punjab Domicile holders.

• Shortlisting Criteria: Shortlisting will be based strictly on academic qualifications and relevant professional experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.

• In-Service Candidates: Applicants serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must attach a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application package by the due date. Advance copies of NOC will not be accepted.

• University Rights: The University reserves the right to withhold recruitment, withdraw any post, choose not to fill the post without assigning any reason, consider an applicant for a lower cadre, or alter the nature of posts according to institutional requirements.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be admissible as per the policy of the Government of the Punjab.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test or interview.

• Postal Liability: The university takes no responsibility for delayed or non-received call letters due to courier or postal service errors.

How to Apply

2. Fee Payment: Generate and pay the non-refundable processing fee challan of Rs. 5,000/- via the online system.

3. Hard Copy Dossier Preparation: Prepare three (03) complete sets of your application. Each set must contain:

   • Printed online application form.

   • Attested photocopies of all academic degrees, transcripts, and experience certificates.

   • One recent passport-size photograph per set.

   • Copy of the paid online fee challan.

   • Original NOC (for government/in-service employees).

4. Submission: Send the sets via registered post or courier service only (by-hand applications will not be accepted). Clearly mention the "Name of the Post Applied For" on the top right corner of the envelope.
