1. Online Registration: Visit the GSCWU official website at www.gscwu.edu.pk to fill out the online application form.

2. Online Deadline: The last date to fill out the online form is Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

3. Application Fee: Generate the online fee challan from the job portal:

   • BS-01 to BS-05: Rs. 500/- (Non-refundable)

   • BS-06 to BS-16: Rs. 1,000/- (Non-refundable)

4. Hard Copy Submission: After applying online, you must prepare 03 complete sets of applications bound in folder form.

   • Include attested copies of your degrees, certificates, certificates of experience, one recent photograph, and the paid copy of the online fee challan.

5. Mailing Address: Send the hard copies via Registered Mail through Pakistan Post or any courier service to:

   Information Desk, Gate No. 02, GSCWU Bahawalpur.

6. Hard Copy Deadline: Hard copies must reach the university no later than Friday, June 12, 2026. By-hand applications will not be accepted.

Important Notes

• Government or semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.

• Clearly write the name of the post applied for and the mode of appointment (Regular/Contract) on the top right corner of the envelope.

• No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
