Terms & Conditions

Before preparing your application, please carefully review the terms and rules:

1. Wages & Deductions: Daily wages will be paid in strict accordance with the notification issued by the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab, for the year 2026. Wages will be deducted in case of absence.

2. Job Duration: The employment duration is strictly temporary and will not exceed 89 days. Re-hiring for the next term during the financial year (2026–2027) will be entirely conditional upon satisfactory past performance.

3. Domicile Restriction: Only candidates possessing a valid Punjab domicile are eligible to apply.

4. Regularization Warning: These positions do not carry any right to permanent regular employment or extension, in accordance with the instructions of the Government.

5. Termination: In case of continuous absence or poor performance, services will be terminated immediately without any prior notice.

6. Preferences: Candidates who have previously worked as daily wage staff in this office will be given preference.

7. Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the absolute right to cancel the daily wage hiring due to unavoidable reasons, which cannot be challenged in any court of law. The authority can also increase or decrease the number of vacancies.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates must submit their application manually via post or by hand according to the instructions:

• Prepare the Application: Clearly write the name of the desired post on top of the application envelope.

• Documents to Attach: Include two passport-size photographs, attested copies of educational certificates/degrees, domicile, experience certificates, and a computerized CNIC along with your contact number.

• Submission Method: Send your complete application package via registered mail/courier or deliver it by hand directly to the Governor Secretariat, Lahore.

• Test/Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via telephone for an interview. Candidates must bring their original educational documents on the day of the interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
