The Office of JMC Coordinator & Principal, Government Postgraduate College Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has issued an advertisement dated 21-07-2026 for the temporary hiring of female teachers. Applications are invited from eligible female candidates for newly established girls colleges under the Joint Management Council (JMC), Kohat.

These teaching appointments are purely temporary for a period of eight (08) months (extendable, if required) against one position in each subject for Government Girls Degree College Jerma, Kohat, and Government Girls Degree College No. 4, Pindi Road, Kohat. Qualified female candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa meeting the eligibility criteria are encouraged to submit their applications before the closing date.

Terms & Conditions

• Target Audience: Applications are invited exclusively from eligible female candidates holding a valid domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Shortlisting Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview and teaching demonstration.

• Experience Certificates: Experience certificates issued by recognized institutions only shall be considered.

• Remuneration & Job Nature: Remuneration shall be admissible only for the approved contractual period. The appointment is purely temporary and shall not confer any right to regular appointment or regularization of service.

• Non-Transferable Service: The services of the appointed teachers shall be non-transferable.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the interview or teaching demonstration.

• Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any advertised position(s) at any stage of the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
