Relationship Managers:-
The primary responsibilities of a Relationship Manager – Retail include Sales and Marketing of Bank’s products and services through relationship building and interaction with clients, mobilizing deposits, introducing New to Bank customers and contributing to the growth of Bank’s overall portfolio. Though the position has specific targets, timely achievement of targets over a defined period of time leads to career growth.

Branch Managers:-
Branch Managers are responsible to establish and maintain customer relationship and identify prosperous market for both assets and liabilities. They strategize to achieve multi-dimensional growth targets within reasonable time-lines & approved budget. It is their responsibility to maintain professional relationship between operations, credit & marketing for smooth functioning. They Obtain and sustain related audit rating and ensure understanding and implementation of bank’s related policy, & prudential regulations relating to risk management to have an effective control. BMs recommend and approve credit proposals. They enhance & maintain productivity of staff at highest level through inculcating motivation & team play.
