Online applications are invited to apply for the HBL Management Trainee Program 2020. HBL The League MTO is one of the most favourite Management Trainee program for fresh students / graduate from all over Pakistan. HBL, one of pakistan Largest bank of Pakistan does not offer just MTO Program but it also provides HBL Internship Program. Both Male & Female Students from all over Pakistan are eligible to apply for Habib Bank Management Trainee Program 2020. After sucessful selection, candidiates will be given 6 months training.
This is a Full-Time permanent Job. They will give 6 Months Training in Karachi Head Office HBL. Don’t Forget that its a PAID Management Trainee Program. HBL will give monthly stipned as well as all the expense during the Training such as accommodation in Karachi, Meals etc.
About HBL The League Management Trainee Program:-
In the HBL MTO 2020, the Selected candidiates from all over Pakistan will be shifted to Karachi for a 6 Months training & after the Training, they will be shifted back to their respective cities to continue the HBL MTO Job.

In order to be eligible for HBL The League MTO, you must be a fresh graduate (June 2019 - June 2020) holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines:

Candidiates graduating in the Summer instead of the Fall semester are also eligible for the programme. However, you will be asked to submit an undertaking from your university if you are selected for the programme.

Those Candidiates who have done Bachelors & currently pursuing Masters on weekends and experienced professional are also eligible to apply. However, The programme is primarily targeted for fresh graduates while candidates with up to 1 year of experience are also eligible.

What is Online Assessment like?
The online assessment has been designed as a gamified simulation. The assessment takes into account cognitive ability as well as leadership competency factors. The online assessment will basically tell us about your personality and your aptitude.
How long is the online assessment? How much time do I have to complete it?
The game consists of an aptitude component, behavioral scenarios, and a case study. Approximate time to complete the game is 60-75 mins.
