The Office of the District Health Officer, District Kohat has officially announced new job opportunities for suitable candidates residing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Terms & Conditions

Before you submit your application via the online portal, please carefully review the official terms and recruitment rules:

• ETEA Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the information they provide. Detailed verification will be performed later, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.

• NADRA Verification: All applicants must create a profile on ETEA's website. Before paying the fee, you must print an E-Sahulat token from the dashboard and get your CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, applications cannot proceed.

• Eligibility & Scrutiny: Candidates must fully meet the criteria on or before the last date of application receipt. Document verification and eligibility screening will follow the testing phase.

• Interviews: Only shortlisted candidates will receive formal interview call letters.

• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be granted in accordance with existing Government Rules.

• Quota Allocations: The positions include job reservations featuring a 10% Quota for Female candidates, a 2% Quota for Disabled candidates, and a 0.5% Quota for Minorities.

• Multiple Applications: Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with separate fees.

• No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be paid to candidates appearing for the written test or interview.

• Foreign Degrees: If you hold a foreign degree, an equivalent certificate issued by the HEC must be provided.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates must follow these structural steps to apply online:

1. Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk to submit your application online. (The online form is active starting 1st July 2026).

2. After successfully submitting the online form, a prescribed online deposit slip containing your token number, project code, and personal info will be generated.

3. Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable prescribed test fee using the Easypaisa app, an authorized Easypaisa agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep the original stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip secure with you; do not share it with anyone.

5. Do not send hard copies of your documents or testimonials to the ETEA office. You will only need to provide physical copies if you pass the screening test and are called for verification.

6. Roll Number Slips: Roll number slips must be downloaded directly from www.etea.edu.pk when ETEA sends a notification via SMS. Do not use a ported or converted mobile number to ensure you receive the updates. Test date, time, and venue will be explicitly detailed on your slip. No separate postal letters will be issued.

Last Date to Apply

The last date for the submission of online applications is 20th July 2026.

Late or incomplete applications, or profiles missing verified NADRA verification, will not be processed.
