The District Health Officer (DHO), District Dir Upper, has announced new contractual career opportunities to enhance the EPI/Polio field activities across the region. Online applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates matching the regional domicile specifications. General Eligibility Criteria

To ensure transparency and proper implementation of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Initial Recruitment Rules 2026, applicants must fulfill the following unified guidelines:

• Domicile Restriction: This recruitment drive is strictly open for permanent residents holding a valid domicile of District Dir Upper (including Malakand Division).

• Employment Type & Salary: Selected candidates will be hired on a time-bound, contract basis for an initial period of one year, offering a fixed monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000.

• Age Limits & Relaxation: The general baseline age limit for applicants is 18 to 32 years. General age relaxation will be admissible strictly as per existing Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa rules.

  1. Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk and complete your digital candidate profile.

  2. After completing the form, print the system-generated online deposit slip displaying your unique token number and project code.

  3. Pay the non-refundable test processing fee via EasyPaisa app, Omni agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.

  4. Keep the original stamped bank deposit slip safe. Do not mail physical documents to the ETEA office. Roll number slips, test dates, and venue allocations will be communicated directly via SMS.
