The Office of the District Health Officer (DHO) Kurram, Parachinar, under the Health Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has announced job vacancies for various paramedical, technical, and administrative positions. Preference will be given to candidates holding a domicile of District Kurram (Upper); however, candidates from adjacent districts will be considered if local candidates are unavailable. Educational, technical, and paramedical diploma holders looking for government health sector jobs in KP can apply online through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) portal.

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates will be allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test on a provisional basis; final verification of documents will be performed by the appointing authority.

• All applicants must create a profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC via NADRA (E-Sahulat token) before submitting applications.

• Candidates will be evaluated based on their performance in the ETEA screening test.

• Age relaxation will be granted as per existing government rules.

• Government/semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel. Separate applications and fee payments are required for applicants applying for more than one position.

• Reserved Quotas: 10% quota for women, 2% quota for disabled persons, and 0.5% quota for minority candidates will be strictly maintained.

• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in tests or interviews.

• Foreign degree holders must submit an equivalency certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

How to Apply

1. Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to fill out the online application form.

2. After successful submission of the online form, download and print the auto-generated fee deposit slip containing a unique transaction project code.

3. Pay the prescribed non-refundable application fee using the deposit slip via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UBL Omni, or at any UBL Bank branch.

4. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) safely; do not send it to the ETEA office.

5. Download your Roll Number Slip directly from www.etea.edu.pk when notified via SMS. No physical call letters will be dispatched by post.
