The Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab, has announced exciting new career opportunities for qualified individuals. Applications are invited for positions at the Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation Health & Population Department, Punjab, Lahore.

These jobs are being offered on a Contract basis under the Recruitment Policy 2022 of the Government of the Punjab. Eligible candidates holding a Punjab domicile are encouraged to apply for these lump-sum pay package positions before the closing date.

General Terms and Conditions

• Basis of Recruitment: The positions are offered strictly on a contract basis under the Recruitment Policy 2022 of the Government of the Punjab.

• Skill Requirements: Candidates must have practical, working knowledge of IT equipment, including tablets and computers.

• Quota Allocation: Standard government quotas for women, minorities, and special persons are fully applicable.

• Special Persons: Disabled candidates must attach proof of registration from the Social Welfare Department along with a Disability Certificate issued by the District Standing Medical Board.

• Inclusivity: Transgender individuals are encouraged to apply.

• Domicile: Only candidates possessing a valid domicile of Punjab are eligible to apply.

• Nature of Posts: These vacancies are post-specific and non-transferable.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing in the test or interview.

• Government Employees: Candidates currently working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• Age Calculation: The age of the candidate will be calculated based on the last date of application submission.

• Document Veracity: Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will lead to immediate disqualification.

• Degree Recognition: Only degrees issued by universities/institutions recognized by the HEC (or foreign universities with HEC equivalence) will be considered.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The date and time will be communicated via email, call, or SMS.

• Original Documents: Shortlisted candidates must bring complete original documents along with a set of attested photocopies at the time of the interview.

• Vacancy Adjustments: The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased at any time without prior notice.

• Authority Rights: The department reserves the right to reject any or all applications, or cancel the recruitment process entirely at any stage without assigning reasons.

• Final Decisions: Decisions made by the department regarding recruitment, eligibility, shortlisting, and selection criteria will be final.

How to Apply

1. Online Registration: Candidates must apply online by visiting the official National Testing Service (NTS) website at www.nts.org.pk.

2. Application Submission: Submit the duly filled online application form. Send the printed application form along with the deposit slip of the prescribed fee (in favor of National Testing Service), a copy of your CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs directly to NTS through a courier service to the address mentioned on the application form.

3. Fee Payment: The test fee must be paid through 1 Link 1 Bill participating banks, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express Counters using the 20-digit invoice number generated on your fee slip. Only 1 bill invoice payment will be accepted.

4. Passing Criteria: Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the NTS test to qualify.

Extended Last Date to Apply

• The last date for applications completed in all respects to reach NTS is June 30, 2026.
