General Guidelines

• Applicants must submit BOTH (1) Commonwealth application form and (2) online HEC form.
• Applications must be complete in all aspects.

Deadline for Submission of Applications:

• For HEC Portal: Deadline for Submission of HEC online application is January 18, 2021 (1600 hours PST).
• For Commonwealth Portal: All applications must be complete in all mandatory fields mentioned in the application form, and should be submitted latest by January 18, 2021 16:00 (GMT). Your application must also include the supporting documentation to be submitted by February 1, 2021 (16:00 GMT) on Commonwealth Portal in order for your application to be considered.
