Key Qualifications & Experience

• Director (Automation/Network): 16 years education in IT/CS/Engineering with 12 years experience.
• Deputy Director (Software): Master’s with 3 years or BCS with 5 years experience in relevant BPS-17+ posts.
• Assistant Director (System/ERP): 16 years education with relevant experience in system or SAP ERP modules.
• Regional Coordinator: 16 years education with 7 years managerial/project handling experience.
• Project Director: Master’s with 7 years relevant and 5 years managerial experience post-final degree.

• Applicants are also required to register separately for the Recruitment Test through the ETC portal and pay the application processing fee of Rs. 600/- via 1Link services using a Mobile Banking App or Mobile Wallet on the given link: https://etc.hec.gov.pk/#/login, and proof of the transaction must be uploaded on the HEC website: https://careers.hec.gov.pk. It is mandatory for all applicants to apply on both portals.
• Applications in hard/other than career portal will not be entertained.
• Last date for submission of online application is August 11, 2025.
• 05 years general age relaxation is already included. Further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
• Incomplete/late applications will not be entertained.
• The experience as part time, honorary, apprentice and intern positions will not be considered / counted as experience.
