• Definition of Experience: "Experience" implies the professional experience gained strictly after obtaining the minimum required qualification.

• Verification & Selection: Application processing relies entirely on the data provided by applicants through their online profile. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

• No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be admissible for appearing in tests or interviews.

• Government Servants: Candidates already serving in Government Departments or autonomous bodies should apply through the proper channel.

• Age Relaxation: A general age relaxation of five (05) years is already included in the maximum age limits mentioned above. Further age relaxation will be provided according to Federal Government rules.

• Experience Exclusions: Experience gained as part-time, honorary, apprentice, or internee (as a part of study) will not be counted or considered as valid experience.

• Posting Flexibility: While initial duty stations are designated, selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.

• HEC Rights: HEC reserves the absolute right to reject any or all applications without assigning a reason, as well as to increase or decrease the number of vacancies based on requirements.
