Important Instructions for Applicants

• Application Method: Apply exclusively online via the HEC Careers Portal (https://careers.hec.gov.pk). No hard copies are required.

• Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- must be deposited via 1Link services (Mobile Banking/EasyPaisa/JazzCash) using the link provided on the portal.

• Experience: Only experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification will be considered. Internship/apprentice experience does not count.

• Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel. A general age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the age limits mentioned.

• Test Locations: Tests will be held in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar.
