PhD Scholarships for US Universities for Fall 2021 & Spring 2022 under 'US - Pakistan Knowledge Corridor initiative of HEC
Applications are invited from outstanding Pakistani/ AJK nationals for the award of PhD Scholarships in QS World Ranked US Universities.
Eliiblity Criteria:
a. Pakistani/ AJK nationals.
b. Minimum four-year Bachelors degree {BS/BSc/BE (16 years formal education)}.
c. Maximum one 2'd Division and no 3° Division in entire academic career.
d. Maximum age on the closing date shall not exceed:
I. 40 years in case of regular faculty members of Public Sector Universities/Government Colleges and Researchers of approved/registered R&D Organizations (Born afterJanuary 10, 1981).
II. 35 years in all other cases on the closing date of the application (Born afterJanuary 10, 1986). Merit Determination Formula: e. GRE Scores-60% (Preference will be given to the higher scores)
f. Those having GRE waived by the host university will be required to appear in HAT test and get 60% score in addition to meeting the eligibility criteria of the host university.
g. HEC AEF Formula 30%. h. Must not be availing any other Scholarship.
