Terms & Conditions

Before submitting your application, please carefully review the following terms and guidelines specified by the High Court of Balochistan:

• Age Limit Relaxation: For fresh candidates, the age limit is 18 to 30 years. For candidates already in Government service with three years of satisfactory service, the upper age limit is 35 years. The upper age limit may also be relaxed in peculiar circumstances.

• Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a written test, followed by a viva-voce/interview.

• Additional Qualifications: Sound judicial working experience, as well as fluency in English and Urdu languages, will be considered as additional qualifications.

• No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.

• Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to postpone, re-schedule, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

• Disqualification: Any form of approach, recommendation, or influence will immediately render the applicant unfit for the role.

2. Complete the online application form and upload the required documents.

Method 2: Manual Application

1. Obtain the prescribed application form from the Administration Branch of the High Court of Balochistan during office hours, or download it from the official website www.bhc.gov.pk.

2. Complete the form and attach the following compulsory documents:

   • Four (04) recent passport-size photographs.

   • Attested copies of CNIC.

   • Attested copies of all Educational and Experience Certificates.

   • Attested copy of Local/Domicile certificate.

   • Departmental Permission / N.O.C (for candidates applying through the Proper Channel).

3. Send the complete package to the Additional Registrar, Administration Branch, High Court of Balochistan, Quetta.
