The Office of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Jacobabad has announced recruitment opportunities for various Class-IV staff positions ranging from Basic Pay Scales BPS-01 to BPS-04. Applications are invited for Class IV Positions.

Eligible male and female candidates possessing a valid Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC/Form-D) of District Jacobabad are encouraged to apply. The available positions offer career opportunities for local candidates with educational qualifications ranging from Middle pass to Matriculation (with driving experience where applicable).

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Applicants must hold a local Domicile and PRC (Form-D) of District Jacobabad.

• Age Limit: Candidates aged 18 to 28 years are eligible to apply. Upper age relaxation will be granted as per Government of Sindh rules.

• Quotas: Special quotas for women, minorities, and disabled persons will be observed as per the policy of the Government of Sindh. Disabled applicants must attach a valid disability certificate.

• Government Servants: Serving government employees must apply through proper channels.

• Separate Applications: Separate application forms must be submitted for each post if applying for more than one position.

• General Conditions: Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be entertained. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test or interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

2. Attach attested copies of the following required documents:

   • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

   • Domicile and PRC (Form-D) of District Jacobabad

   • Educational certificates / marks sheets

   • Valid LTV Driving License and Experience Certificate (for driver positions)

   • No Objection Certificate (NOC) for current government employees

   • Disability Certificate (if applicable)

   • 02 recent passport-size photographs

3. Submit the application form and attached documents to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Jacobabad within 15 days of advertisement publication.
