General Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualifications:

  • Executive Roles: Bachelor's degree or higher from an HEC-recognized university/institution in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Social Sciences, or relevant disciplines.

  • Assistant Roles: Bachelor's degree or Diploma/Intermediate (with preference given to Bachelor's degree holders) in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate relations, career services, finance, research/grants administration, ORIC operations, or legal/secretarial administration.

• Skills Required: Strong organizational, communication, financial analysis, database maintenance, and administrative management skills.
