Job Details & Requirements

1. Deputy Manager Education & Policy

This role focuses on supporting the design, review, and implementation of ICAP’s education framework.

• Key Responsibilities: Developing education initiatives, updating LMS content, preparing working papers, and stakeholder engagement.

• Education: CBA certification or Master’s/Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or Education from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: 03–05 years of relevant experience in education or policy-related roles.

2. Graphic Designer Assistant Manager

This position is responsible for creating high-quality visual content and professional document formatting.

• Key Responsibilities: Designing study materials, brochures, and infographics; creating PowerPoint presentations; and developing basic animations.

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Certifications in Graphic Design or Multimedia are preferred.

• Experience: 02–04 years in graphic designing and document formatting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office is essential.
