The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar, has officially announced its latest career opportunities for 2026 under advertisement number IMS-02/2026. As a premier public sector management institute in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, IMSciences is seeking dynamic, qualified, and motivated individuals to fill regular faculty and administrative staff positions.

The testing and screening process is being managed transparently through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

List of Vacancies

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following regular positions divided into academic and administrative categories:

Faculty Positions

• Lecturer (SPS-12) (Subjects: Accounting & Finance, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Gender & Development)

• Computer Lab Instructor (SPS-11) (Subject: Computer Science/IT)

Administrative Staff Positions

• Assistant Manager ERP (SPS-11)

• Assistant Registrar (SPS-11)

• Assistant Controller of Finance (SPS-11)

• Junior Programmer (SPS-09)

• Office Assistant (SPS-06)

Terms & Conditions

• Provisional Permission: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials they provide. Detailed scrutiny will be done by the Institute later.

• Academic Record Restriction: For faculty positions, a candidate must not have a 3rd division throughout his/her academic career.

• Government Employees: Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Foreign Degrees: Degrees obtained from foreign universities must be supported by an HEC/IBCC equivalence certificate.

• Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one position must submit a separate online application and pay a separate 1-Bill/PSID application fee for each post.

• Test Criteria: Candidates must score 60% or more marks in the ETEA test to be eligible to submit their hard-copy documents to the institute.

• General Rules: No TA/DA will be paid for the interview. The Institute reserves the right to increase, decrease, withhold, or cancel any position without assigning any reason.

How to Apply

The application process consists of an online ETEA registration followed by document submission for those who pass the test:

Step 1: ETEA Online Application

1. Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to apply online.

2. Create your profile, select the desired post, print the E-Sahulat token, and get your CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk.

3. Generate the prescribed online deposit slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep the original deposit slip safe; do not send documents or testimonials to the ETEA office at this stage.

Step 2: Document Submission (For Qualified Candidates)

1. Candidates who secure 60% or more marks in the ETEA test must submit the online application form available on the Institute's website (apply.imsciences.edu.pk).

2. Send the printed form along with an updated CV, attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and 3 recent passport-size photographs.

3. Deposit the non-refundable institutional processing fee online via 1-Bill/PSID. Fees are: Rs. 4,000/- for Serial No. 1; Rs. 3,000/- for Serial No. 2, 3, 4, & 5; Rs. 2,000/- for Serial No. 6; and Rs. 1,000/- for Serial No. 7.

4. Send the complete application in a sealed envelope clearly marking the position applied for to the address below within 10 days of the announcement of the ETEA test result:
