• Position Title: Officer – Control Room

• Education Required: Bachelor's degree

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, security surveillance, or a similar role

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems 24/7 to identify security, safety, and operational issues

  • Observe live video feeds to detect suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or safety hazards

  • Report and escalate incidents according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Coordinate with security personnel, operations teams, and relevant departments for timely incident response

  • Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, alarms, and shift actions

  • Retrieve, review, and export CCTV footage for investigations, audits, or management requirements

  • Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, monitors, and related surveillance equipment, reporting technical faults promptly

• Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong observation and monitoring skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to identify suspicious activities and respond promptly

  • Sound knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and control room procedures
