#	Position	Minimum Qualification	Experience Required
1	Executive Director (Planning)	Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering (HEC recognized).	20+ years post-qualification; 3 years in Senior Management/HOD roles.
2	Director (Transmission Operation Planning)	Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering (HEC recognized).	10+ years relevant experience. Preference for proficiency in PSSE software.
3	Deputy Director (Legal)	Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law (HEC recognized).	6+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
4	Deputy Director (BPAR)	Bachelor’s in Business Admin, CS, or Project Management.	6+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
