The Information Department, Government of Sindh has announced various support and operational job vacancies at the Directorate General Public Relations (PRs), Headquarter, Karachi. Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding a Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Sindh Province for recruitment on a regular basis.

Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Requirement: Candidates must possess a valid Sindh Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC).

• Quota Allocation: Quota reservations for initial recruitment will be applied in accordance with Sindh Government laws, rules, and policies.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation will be calculated up to the last date of application submission in accordance with Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1974. A general age relaxation of up to 5 years is applicable as per the Sindh Government notification dated 06-03-2025.

• Original Documents: Candidates appearing for the walk-in test/interview must present all original educational, experience, and identity documents.

• No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be paid to candidates appearing for the test/interview.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in government service must apply through the proper channel (NOC).

• Verification: Successful candidates will undergo background and police character verification prior to final appointment.

• Transfer Policy: Appointed candidates will be placed in the designated post/location and will not be eligible for transfer for five (5) years.

• Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
